Food Truck Application.

*Will have access to setup 2 hours before the start of event. *For the safety of the pilots and guests, no vehicles, trailers, or campers can be moved during the scheduled event. *Access to the runway, or assigned vendor spot, for setup/breakdown is available before or after the scheduled event only; however not while the National STOL event is taking place. *Generators are welcome. *Electricity is not available. *Must supply any necessary tables, tents and chairs. *No animals are permitted, other than service animals. *No balloons. *No large flags or banners. *Responsible for cleaning up after the event, to include any trash or spills in vendor’s assigned area. *All Food Truck Vendors must have a valid City of Lebanon Food Vendor Permit and comply with all local ordinances. *To keep the food lineup diverse, only one truck per cuisine type will be accepted (one BBQ truck, one ice cream truck, and so on) — acceptance is confirmed after menu review. *BOLD Aviation reserves the right to decline any application at any time, for any reason; if an application is declined after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued. *Refunds otherwise: no refunds will be provided after payment has been received, unless the event is fully cancelled due to weather (weather delays not included).

I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, and all working with me, do indemnify and hold harmless National STOL, BOLD Aviation, Lebanon Municipal Airport, and the City of Lebanon against all liabilities and claims of any kind, including attorney’s fees, brought by any person or entity that might arise from participating in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, any damage caused to food trucks, vendor booths, equipment, inventory, or vendor staff for any reason before, during, or after the event.
